Since coming to the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Castillo has redefined the intersection of medical precision and artistic vision. He specializes in advanced microsurgery and is particularly recognized for bringing specialized breast reconstruction techniques to the Rio Grande Valley. After graduating from UTMB from plastic surgery residency Dr. Castillo continued on to complete a microsurgery fellowship focusing on breast reconstruction. His approach is rooted in the belief that true surgical mastery lies in the subtlety of the result, ensuring an outcome that is as natural as it is transformative.
